All services, treatment packages, and products are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages and remaining sessions may not be transferred, gifted, or reassigned to another client.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal care or wellness products once purchased.

Treatment results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Appointments are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Late cancellations, no-shows, and unused sessions are not eligible for refunds.
